Configure (lib)smbclient for SMBv2

Specify in $HOME/.smb/smb.conf:

[global]
  client min protocol = SMB2
  client max protocol = SMB3
  client NTLMv2 auth = yes
  server min protocol = SMB2

Successfully tested with Kodi and Mint 17.2
