Fix missing 3D Hardware Acceleration in VMWare

To fix the problems “No 3D support available from the host.” or “Hardware graphics acceleration is not available.” add

mks.gl.allowBlacklistedDrivers = "TRUE"

to ~/.vmware/preferences or the respective vmx file.
